In multiplayer, you are either on the American or Russian team, unless your playing Squad Deathmatch which really is a pointless game mode that I'd avoid.
My main concern is with Rush or Conquest mode, where Rush is basically Search and Destroy mixed with defend the castle, and conquest mode is a badass version of capture the flag.
Okay, I am about to begin the rant.
Seriously, the rocket launchers in this game are horrible.
Actually, I lied, it's the ridiculous gravity that is the problem.
So I see tanks in the game, because people like going in them and start being really gay blowing up buildings and shit. I take out my RPG-7 to destroy the tank, and I stand about 20 meters in game, and fires at the tank... and misses. It's not because my aim was terrible, it's just that it hit the ground before it reached the tank.
What the hell.
A typical RPG-7 should travel that distance without much trouble, but it just dives down when I launch it.
Of course, I probably should use a tracer bullet or something, but that's ridiculous.
The gravity of the game is ridiculous to the max.
I mean, it's suppose to add realism to the game, but it really feels like you're fighting on a Jupiter sized Earth, and the gravity just drags every shit down on the ground.
Oh yeah, and sniper rifles.
When you fucking spot an enemy and snipe him, the bullets don't even reach.
The bullets move at like 5 miles per hour, and it just falls to the ground after 30 meters or something. What the fuck, I thought those shit are meant for long distances. And assault rifles apparently have an effective range almost as far as sniper rifles, which is just stupid.
Oh and sniper rifles aren't even one hit KO until you unlock the last sniper rifle, which actually takes a while if you played the game.
Back to the main point.
The gravity is an interesting part of the game, adding realism and suspense, but they should've at least made the gravity more earth like instead of it dragging every fucking shit to the ground. Seriously.
But that basically concludes my rant, but it's a really good game aside from the obscure gravity of the game.
It's worth the money.
Oh and here is a relevant picture:
I lied, Meiling doesn't appear in BC2, sadly.
